Deliveries within the UK are free and are normally received within 3 to 5 days. For deliveries to European countries and worldwide please contact: email@example.com for delivery charges.
If you require a faster delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can usually arrange next day postage (dependent on time of requested - prior to 1pm) We will do our best!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in perfect condition we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact. Remember please retain your proof of purchase and also your return of postage receipt. Postage will be charged on returns however refunds will be credited to your original method of payment if found to be faulty, once the goods are received and checked. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges
Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
To return your items, please click on and fill out this returns form. and then print off the returns form and include with the goods. Don't worry if you don't have access to a printer you can always hand write. Make sure you securely package and include the return form.

We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest you obtain a proof of postage.
Post the item/s and return form to the address on the form.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact email@example.com with details and any pictures, and we'll arrange to get a replacement or we can issue a credit note.
In the unlikely event the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. All costs of postage will be covered by Wandering Bee for our error.
Show and Wholesale Items
Items bought from shows can only be exchanged for other goods or a credit note, they can not be refunded. Wholesale orders are not return or refundable. Faulty items may be exchanged or credit noted.
